Dear Families

2022 is approaching faster than we would like to believe, therefore it’s time for you to start thinking about your child’s care requirements for next year!

To ensure we meet the needs of our current families, and to have a balance of Kinder and Pre-kinder aged children attending the program, please complete the section of the attached form that is applicable to your child.  Please use a separate form for each child in your family.

Children who are not leaving Ludo to attend Kinder or Prep

Bookings will remain unchanged.  If you need to change your child’s days, or sessions, please complete the Booking for 2022 section.

Children attending Kinder

If you require care in Ludo on non-Kinder days, or need Before Kinder Care and/or After Kinder Care, please complete the Booking for 2022 section.

Additional Care in the January/February 2022 School Holiday Break

Children who will be in Prep in 2022 are encouraged to attend Vacation Care within a Catholic Care Outside School Hours Care Program.  Pre-Kinder and Kinder aged children can access extra days in addition to their usual permanently booked days by completing the January/February 2022 School Holiday Care section.

Children Ceasing Care

If your child will not be returning to Ludo in 2022, or ceasing care in January or February 2022, please complete the Ceasing Care section

New Enrolments

If you have other children you wish to attend Ludo please contact the Ludo office directly for your child’s details to be added to our Waiting List – phone 6208 6012 or email ludo@aohtas.org.au

Please forward your completed form via email to ludo@aohtas.org.au and it would be helpful if the subject line was 2022 Booking for (insert child’s name) at Ludo (insert name of Ludo Service).

Please do not use the QikKids family Lounge to make any changes to your child’s booking or to enrol any new children.

Please return your form by Friday 22^nd October so we can confirm all bookings by Friday 12^th November.
