In creating our staffing structure for 2021 it is important to note the following:
- Due to our commitment to providing the best practice and outcomes for our students we have continued and increased additional teaching staff across all grade levels from Prep to Grade 6.
- Prep will continue to have three full time teachers across the grade cohort for three days a week
- Grades 1 to 6 will have a Focused Intervention Teacher (FI Teacher) working across grade levels for four days a week. The Focussed Intervention Teacher will work collaboratively with other teachers within their team to effectively develop and implement evidence-based, developmentally appropriate interventions and extension for individual students and groups of students.
