On Wednesday, 16th December, the Grade Six Liturgy and Award Celebration will be held in St Bernard’s Hall. It will commence at 6:00pm and conclude by 7:30pm. This will be the final formal school event for Grade 6 students.  Our School Hall has limited capacity for adult seating as we are required to meet the following restriction of: 

In-door gatherings involving large numbers of parents/visitors in excess of 250 persons, or more than one person per 2m2 per indoor space whichever is the lesser.

In keeping in line with this mandate we can only accommodate a certain number of adults in the Hall.

For this reason the following will be in place

• Two adults per each Grade 6 student. Booking to be made through QKR.  An overview of how to do this is described below. The booking system opened on Monday 30th November and closes on Wednesday 9th December
• No younger siblings are to attend the event.
• No students from other grade levels will be attending
• Politicians have already sent apologies as they recognise the challenges for all schools and the need to ensure seating is for parents.
• Limited staff attendance 
• Students to be seated on the stage.
• The event will be videoed and shared.
