Our 2025 Dance Review was held on the 18th September. Over three magnificent shows the Grade 3 - 6s performed brilliantly. 

So many people from the HRCS community joined us over the day and evening sessions which was wonderful to see! In the evening we were lucky enough to have Uncle Rodney Dillon join us and take us through a Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony before our Grade 3s took us on a journey through Lutrawita/Tasmania via the creation story of Kuta Kina.

We then ventured to the Land of Oz with the Grade 4's and their tribute to Wicked. This was followed by the mystical and magical Grade 5's and our Grade 6s who brought it home with a tribute to the eclectic brilliance of Lady Gaga. Amongst it all was our solo dance crew who ventured under the spotlight and shone like never before, special mention here must go to our trio of kinder/prep dancers Bella, Mia and Elsie, WOW! So brilliant and brave! Love your work girls and can't wait to see you again next year, Well Done! 

A big thanks to Mr Riza and Mr Jones for setting up and decorating the hall and their exceptional patience and problem solving ability and to all the staff who chipped in over the day with crowd control, prop setup and their flexibility with students throughout the dance unit.

Lastly a massive thanks to Miss Hailey Peters whose choreography was of the highest order. Your ability to put ideas into action is truly amazing and a production like this doesn't happen without you!
